Who we are
Scalebound is operated by Shoh Abdukhamitov. We provide Google Ads and funnel services for businesses. This policy covers scalebound.io and Scalebound Ads, our internal Google Ads operations tool.
Contact us at shoh@shohmarketingasa.com about this policy or your data. Client agreements may contain additional confidentiality and data-handling terms.
Information from this website
If you email us or book a call, we receive the contact details, company information, messages, and answers you provide. We use them to respond, arrange the call, and discuss or deliver services.
Cloudflare hosts this website. It processes technical request information, such as IP addresses, browser details, requested URLs, and request times, to serve and protect the site. Cloudflare Web Analytics also measures page views and site performance using a browser beacon; it does not rely on analytics cookies. The website embeds Tella video and Cal.com booking content. When that content loads, those providers can receive technical information and use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies. Booking information is submitted to Cal.com.
This website does not itself provide a Google account connection form. Its own page scripts do not add advertising or analytics cookies. Embedded services have their own cookie and data practices. You can manage cookies in your browser and choose whether to interact with the video or booking tool.
Provider information: Cloudflare, Tella, and Cal.com.
Google Ads data we access
When an authorized user grants access, Scalebound Ads can access the Google Ads accounts that user is permitted to view or manage. Access may include account identifiers and names; account and campaign settings; budgets and bidding settings; ad groups, ads, keywords, and search terms; and performance reports, including impressions, clicks, cost, and recorded conversions.
The Google Ads OAuth permission is https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords. It permits viewing and managing Google Ads accounts. It does not authorize access to Gmail messages, Google Drive files, or YouTube content.
We use account data to create reports, review performance, identify campaign issues, prepare recommendations, and provide the campaign work agreed with the account owner. We limit access to the accounts and data needed for that work. This tool is not used to collect customer payment details or upload customer lists.
Google access tokens and refresh tokens allow the tool to make authorized requests. We treat them as credentials and keep them separate from public website files. We never ask for your Google password.
Storage and security
Working account reports and credentials are held in our controlled work environment. Reports and client deliverables can also be stored with the business providers described above. Access must be limited to people who need the information for the account's work.
The public site is served over HTTPS. Google API requests use encrypted connections. OAuth credentials are kept outside public website files and are not included in published reports. We use access controls and limit the information shared in reports and communications. No service can guarantee that every security incident will be prevented.
How long information is kept
We keep inquiry information while it is needed to respond and maintain the business relationship. We keep account reports while they are needed to deliver the agreed service and maintain related business records. When the purpose ends, we delete information that is no longer needed, subject to legal recordkeeping requirements and unresolved disputes.
After access is revoked, the tool can no longer make new requests under that authorization. Revocation does not automatically remove reports already saved. You can request deletion of those reports separately. Backup copies may remain until the provider's normal backup cycle removes them; retained copies must not be used for new account analysis.
Access, revocation, and deletion
You can review and remove an app connection at Google Account connections. Account owners can also remove our user or manager access in Google Ads.
To request a copy, correction, or deletion of information we hold, email shoh@shohmarketingasa.com. Give enough information to identify your company and request. We may verify your identity or authority before releasing or deleting account information. We will explain any information that must be retained and the reason for retaining it.
Depending on your location, you may have additional privacy rights, including the right to object to processing or withdraw consent. You can contact us to exercise those rights. Withdrawal does not change the lawfulness of processing that took place before withdrawal.
International processing
Our work systems and providers may process information in countries other than your own. Any transfer must follow the safeguards required by applicable law and the terms agreed with the relevant provider.
Children
The site and tool are intended for business use, not for children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and remove it where appropriate.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page and its effective date when our practices change. Before using Google data for a new purpose or introducing a new type of sharing, we must provide updated disclosures and obtain any required authorization.
