Who provides the service
Scalebound is operated by Shoh Abdukhamitov. These terms cover scalebound.io and Scalebound Ads. If you have a separate signed client agreement, that agreement governs fees, work scope, approvals, confidentiality, and other client-specific obligations. It takes priority if these terms conflict with it.
Browsing this website does not enroll you in a paid service, authorize account access, or permit campaign changes.
Reporting and campaign work
We use authorized account data for reports, campaign review, recommendations, and agreed account work. We must obtain the approvals required by the client agreement before making changes. Access alone is not permission to make unrelated changes.
Advertising costs are billed according to your arrangements with Google. These terms do not set an advertising budget or authorize spending. Campaign results depend on factors such as the offer, market, tracking, and sales process. The tool does not guarantee leads, sales, or a financial return.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate account and business information. Keep your Google login secure. Do not send passwords or tokens by email. Do not use the site or tool to obtain unauthorized access, disrupt services, submit unlawful content, or violate Google's policies.
Our team must protect account credentials, follow the agreed account scope, and comply with the applicable Google API and advertising policies.
Privacy and third-party services
Our privacy policy explains how information is accessed, used, stored, shared, and deleted. The site and tool rely on third-party services, including Google, Cloudflare, Tella, and Cal.com. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies.
Scalebound is an independent service provider. Google does not operate or endorse Scalebound Ads.
Availability and ending access
We may update the website or tool, interrupt access for maintenance, or suspend access where necessary for security, policy compliance, or the end of an engagement. Google may separately limit or revoke API access.
If an engagement ends or authorization is removed, we stop account work covered by that access. Retention and deletion of saved information follow our privacy policy and the client agreement.
Website content
Our website text, design, and original materials belong to Scalebound or their respective owners. Client names, logos, and third-party marks remain the property of their owners. Do not use website materials to imply an endorsement or relationship that does not exist.
Changes to these terms
Updated terms will be published here with a new effective date. Changes to agreed client work or charges must follow the separate client agreement. These terms do not limit rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived.
